1. What This Website Is
Randall County Criminal History is an independent reference that identifies official court, sheriff, police, jail, Texas DPS, TDCJ, and registry channels. It is not owned, endorsed, or operated by Randall County, the State of Texas, or any federal agency. Nothing displayed here is an official record.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use must be lawful and must not interfere with the site or another person. You agree not to:
- Violate federal, Texas, or local law through the site.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person.
- Use site content for an FCRA-regulated decision.
- Seek unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data.
- Run bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools.
- Disrupt service or prevent others from using the pages.
3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
Information reached through this site may not be used to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or discriminate. Texas Public Sex Offender Registry information exists for public safety, not confrontation or vigilantism. Misuse can violate Texas law, including the restrictions and enforcement provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 62.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Randall County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare consumer reports or offer a compliant screening product. Neither site content nor a linked tool may be used to make decisions about:
- Employment or continued employment
- Housing or tenant eligibility
- Creditworthiness, loans, or accounts
- Insurance eligibility or pricing
- Licenses, benefits, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose
A legally required report must come from an authorized official channel or a provider that meets the law governing that particular use.
5. No Legal Advice
General descriptions of Randall County procedures and Texas law are not legal advice. They do not create an attorney-client relationship and cannot determine how a charge, warrant, conviction, expunction, or nondisclosure rule applies to a person. 6. No Warranties

Government hours, prices, records, and release rules can change, and linked search results may be incomplete or incorrectly matched. Verify all material with the originating office.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
11. Governing Law
Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This includes applicable consumer-protection law in the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the Texas Public Information Act in Government Code Chapter 552, and criminal-history dissemination rules in Government Code Chapter 411. Any permitted dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas.

These terms may be revised at any time. A change takes effect when the updated version is posted with a new effective date. Continued use after posting means the revised terms are accepted.
13. Cutting Off Access
Access may be limited, suspended, or ended without advance notice when needed to protect the site, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address misuse. This right does not create an obligation to monitor every use.
14. Severability
If a court finds one term invalid or unenforceable, that term will be limited only as much as necessary. All remaining provisions continue in effect.
